Ali Plonchak

As Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Ali has been essential to Crossmedia's growth since joining the company as employee number six in 2006. She currently leads Growth and handles anything and everything related to building and evolving Crossmedia's services, structure, and talent in ways that reinforce the company's values of neutrality, creativity, and accountability. Ali also has a key role in international and product expansion.

Since joining Crossmedia twenty years ago, Ali played a pivotal role in shaping Crossmedia's unique 100% commitment to transparency in media buying, helped launch the proprietary programmatic desk out of New York City and Philadelphia, restructured the ONE Marketplace activation team, and enacted the strictest viewability and fraud policies across the entire industry.

In 2022, Ali was named an Adweek Media All-Star for her role in successfully growing Crossmedia.
